Here’s what to know before booking a Drop And Go Photo Booth so there are no surprises.

What Drop And Go Is
Drop And Go is a self-serve photo booth rental. We deliver the booth, set it up, and return later to pick it up. There is no on-site attendant unless you add one.

You get a clean, modern photo experience without full-service staffing.

Rental Timing
  • The booth is available for use between 11am and 11pm.
  • You’ll select the hours you want guests actively using the booth.
  • Based on scheduling and routing, setup or pickup times may shift slightly.
  • If that happens, we’ll always reach out ahead of time.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup
  • Delivery, setup, and pickup are required for every booking.
  • Fees are based on travel distance and logistics and are shown at checkout.
  • These fees apply regardless of how long you actively use the booth.

Internet & Sharing
  • We provide internet when available, but connectivity can vary by location.
  • We recommend venue Wi-Fi as a backup when possible.
  • Even without internet:
  1. Photos can still be taken
  2. Messages send once connection is restored
  3. AirDrop and QR codes work immediately
  • The booth is still fully operational without internet.

Power Requirements
  • You must provide a standard power outlet at the venue.
  • If power goes out, we are not responsible for lost booth time.
  • If something happens, contact us right away — in some cases we may be able to help with a generator, but this is not guaranteed.

Outdoor Use
  • Drop And Go booths cannot be used outdoors without an attendant.
  • Outdoor use is approved case-by-case.
  • If approved:

  1. A tent or full shade is required
  2. The booth must be protected from heat, sun, and weather

  • Damage caused by heat or weather is the client’s responsibility.

Damage & Responsibility
  • You are responsible for the booth, props, and equipment during the rental.
  • This includes damage caused by guests or unknown individuals.
  • We document the booth condition before and after every rental.
  • Repair or replacement costs may apply if damage occurs.

Payment & Cancellations
  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.
  • The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the rental due to internal availability, all payments will be refunded.
